To connect individuals through communication and social interaction to support their needs for positive mental health, dignity and independence.
Origins
In 2001, a Friendly Visitor pilot program was sponsored by The Committee on Older Adults and Persons with Disabilities. In the fall of 2004, Caring Connections joined the Council on Aging—Orange County.
